InvisibiliDATA

The strategic brain of the Institute. Our mission is to dismantle **"False Statistical Immunity"** and turn data absence into evidence of rights violations. Where the state sees silence, we see numbers that demand action.

Data Necropolitics

In Brazil, the absence of disaggregated data—specifically the intersection of race and disability—within official systems like SINASC and the Census is not a passive technical failure. It is a power technology.

By failing to collect this data, the State creates "False Statistical Immunity." Without records showing that Black children with Down Syndrome have higher mortality rates, there is no administrative liability, no public scandal, and no budget allocated to solve the crisis.

InvisibiliDATA was born to break this cycle. Generating data is an act of **"Citizen Vigilance"** and **"Cognitive Justice."** It strips the State of its right to claim ignorance.

The Problem (Data Gaps)

  • T21 Notification (White) 13.41 / 10k
  • T21 Notification (Black) 7.78 / 10k
  • *Preliminary data suggests underreporting of up to 52% in Black populations.
Hybrid Methodology

Our Framework for Change

Data Mining (Big Data)

We utilize algorithms to scan public databases (Unified Health System, SINASC, SIM), identifying patterns of underreporting and regional inconsistencies that reveal institutional racism.

Primary Research (Field)

We go where the Census fails to reach. Through our "National T21 Survey," we collect qualitative data regarding discrimination perceptions directly from families.

Stakeholder Coalition

A strategic alliance involving Federal Universities (scientific validation), Black Movements (reach), Public Defenders (legal force), and International Foundations.

Data Visualization

Invisibility Map

An interactive tool that spatializes inequality. The Map cross-references sanitation, income, and race data to predict where undiagnosed children are located. It reveals "Care Deserts" and guides the efficient allocation of public and private health resources.
